Remote control issue WeeSee 32

Hi,

I have a WeeSee 32 FDH E-LED CI + SL.

From time to time, the remote control does not respond to commands. When this happens, two white lights appear at the top of the remote.

Could this be a battery issue in the remote control? If so, how can I replace them?
Or
Could it be a pairing issue? How can I reset the remote control?

I had a similar problem this week using the remote control of our Callas 32. While the TV was running, pressing any button of the remote did not change anything at the TV. We even could not shut off the TV. Changing batteries did not help either. Thus we shut off the TV by pulling the power plug.
After a while we plugged in the power again, but the remote control could not start the TV, which was in stand-by mode. Pressing any button at the remote control did only light the small lamp under the on/off Button (above the "..." button) on the remote, but nothing happened on the TV.

Solution:
I called Loewe customer care center at +49 9261 99 500 and the friendly lady could help.

• She said, that I should press the "microphone" button under the microphone at the top of the remote. I should tell her which lamp is going on. It was the lamp above the button "...". Thus she concluded, that I was not in TV-mode (may be becaus the button "..." was hit instead of the "on/off" key, when the TV was supposed to be shut-off).
• She first asked me to hold the "TV"-key for 5 seconds. Still only the right light at "..." was seen. So, this did not help.
• Then the fix: She asked me to hit in parallel the "TV"-key and the "0"-key for 5 seconds. Afterwards the light at the TV-key was litting and the problem was gone! I could start the TV with the remote control again.
• So, the problem was, that the remote control was not in TV-mode.
  You may have a similar problem and holding "TV" + "0" for 5 seconds may help you too. Hope I could help!
