Good morning, I would like to report that after installing the V1070 update on the Stellar 55'', when I turn off the TV the white light continues to flash.
does this happen to any of you too? Thanks

Good morning, second problem after the V1070 update, the internal HD 1 TB DR+ is not recognized so I can't record...

Have you already removed AC power once? This should solve such an issue.

Also here, have you already removed AC once? The SSD is not available at all, also not in "Sources"?

Thanks for your reply.

1) I followed your advice, unplugged the power, and the SSD appeared and works properly.
(But it doesn't always reappear, so I have to turn the TV off and on again.)
2) Regarding the status LED, the problem has NOT been solved. When I turn off the TV, it stops for 5 seconds and then starts flashing. Thanks.

Hi Dominik, thanks for your reply.
1) I followed your advice, unplugged the TV, and when I turned on the power, the SSD appeared and worked properly.
However, when I turned off the TV with the remote and turned it back on, the SSD disappeared again.
2) Regarding the status LED, the problem was NOT solved. When I turn off the TV, the LED stops for 5 seconds and then starts flashing. Thanks.

I'd like to try updating my Stellar 55" to version v1070 via USB flash drive. Can anyone tell me where I can find the necessary file? Is it an .msd file?

Dear Pedro65,

Unfortunately there is no way to update the software to the same version.

If removing from mains power and factory reset does not help, I recoommend to get in touch with your dealer.

Hi Dominik, unfortunately I don't have the code to perform a factory reset. The retailer reopens on August 24th, so I'll definitely contact them.

The Default code is "0000". Have you tried it?

Hi Dominik, I've already made two mistakes in my codes, so I'm not at risk of making another mistake. I don't know how many possible errors are allowed, and I don't know what could happen if I make too many mistakes. So, I'd prefer to talk to the dealer who did the initial installation for me, because I seem to remember him using his own. Thanks again. Beppe

Good morning everyone. I found the code to reset the TV to its factory settings, which the dealer said should have solved the problem. I went through the entire setup process, added the Sky decoder and DVD player, and the SSD DR+ drive reappeared in the list of connected devices. I ran several tests, and everything worked fine for a few hours. I turned the TV off, and when I turned it back on, the situation was the same as before the reset—the SSD DR+ disappeared, and the white status LED still flashes in standby mode. I notified the dealer, who will investigate the possible cause of these problems that appeared immediately after the V1070 update. I noticed that when I turn it on, only the LOEWE logo appears, while when the SSD is visible, the initial logo is LOEWE Tizen OS. I forgot to mention that the AirPlay function works perfectly.
