BILD BILD 2.43 doesn't play subtitules .srt

Hi, I have a Loewe BILD 2.43 from 2020 (Software version V6.2.10.0). I have no way of being able to view the subtitles (text files with .srt extension) included on the pendrive along with the corresponding video file (m4, mkv, etc.). I have tried to save them with different encoding (UTF8, 16, etc.) and there is no way. It also does not reproduce the subtitles included in the .mkv files, even when it detects both: the one included in the mkv file and the "external" one (.srt text file with the same name as the video file). I need your help please, thank you so much.
