audio and control connection TV to Soundprojector

Hello, I have questions:
1. I would like to connect my new Loewe bild v.55 HD+ to my Individual Soundprojector, which is quite old and does not yet have HDMI interfaces. Control (e.g. volume) via the RS-232C system interface. Is this true?
For this purpose (15 years ago) an adapter cable was available in specialist shops, but I cannot get it today. The Loewe bild v.55 HD+ has an RJ12 connector (6 pins?) as a serial RS-232C interface, the Individual Soundprojector has an RS-232C subD connector with 9 pins.
Which connection scheme is correct?
Is there any other connection?

2. Is it possible to connect the audio

• AUDIO OUT - Mini Toslink digital (TV)
  TO

• DIGITAL IN OPTICAL AUX1-Optical connection x 1 TOS link (projector)

If not possible, what optimal connection do you suggest?
