With the integrated stereo power amplifier Loewe multi.room amp, we present another product for our audio portfolio. The powerful stereo amplifier is a true multi-talent and real problem solver serving as a bridge between analog, passive speakers, and modern, smart multi-room solutions.

The Loewe multi.room amp is the perfect solution for integrating passive speakers into a Loewe Multiroom or a Loewe Home Cinema system. Existing speakers, whether active or passive, become smart through the Loewe multi.room amp and can be used for audio streaming of all kinds, including Hi-Res Audio. Existing HiFi systems including passive speakers also get an upgrade to the smart streaming and multiroom world with the Loewe multi.room amp. Additionally, the multiroom stereo power amplifier, in conjunction with a Loewe soundbar and Loewe wireless digital audiolink technology, integrates any speakers as components for Loewe home cinema solutions without loss or latency.

In terms of possible applications, the Loewe multi.room amp is multifunctional and very versatile. In addition to stereo, multi-room and home cinema applications, the multi-talent can also be used in the B2B sector, such as for background sound in hotel lobbies or restaurants.

The stereo amplifier offers powerful music power of up to 1,200 watts. Individual sound settings are possible via the included remote-control Loewe remote mr. Basic functions can be operated with the central control element on the front and the current operating mode and the set volume are indicated by a discreet, multicolored LED line at the top of the Loewe multi.room amp's front panel.

An HDMI ARC port as a connection to the TV, RCA inputs for sources such as modern vinyl turntables, CD and MP3 players, and the integrated USB interface can be used for audio sources of all kinds. Two network jacks are available for LAN integration, even in a daisy-chain configuration. Wirelessly, the Loewe multi.room amp supports all important Bluetooth and WiFi standards. For connecting analog speakers, the amplifier has gold-plated banana plugs with cable receptacles, while active speakers are served via the RCA preamp output. Another RCA jack is used to connect an active subwoofer.

On the bottom of the case, there are two mounts for wall attachment as well as a tripod thread. In addition, the dimensions have been chosen so that two Loewe multi.room amp can be placed next to each other in a 19-inch rack. The high design quality has already been proven by the iF Design Award and the award "Red Dot Winner best of the best".

The Loewe iconic is an impressive design TV model representing pure beauty and elegance, handcrafted from the durable solid surface material Syno-Stone. Yet Loewe has taken it a step further and is now offering the Loewe iconic collection, an individualization concept for its sculptural, all-encompassing design icon.

Within the iconic collection customers can now select from several basic colors for the stand solution: In addition to the elegant graphite grey finish, a bronze version is also available. Furthermore, there is a choice of the new exclusive stone finishes in pure white, midnight marble, diamond dust and ivory sands. With graphite grey, black and bronze, a choice of three acoustic fabric colors for the speaker cover can now also be chosen. Loewe iconic is not a standard TV, it refines the living space with its sculptural form into an artful and gallery-like living space. This powerful set-up solution was created by Loewe's German design forge at its headquarters in Kronach.

Loewe iconic combines unique design with state-of-the-art TV and audio technology. There is a choice of two variants and the latest OLED displays in screen sizes of 55 and 65 inches. In addition, a sound bar is elegantly integrated behind the fabric panel. The two stylistically exceptional TV models Loewe iconic.65 and Loewe iconic.55 deliver a perfect TV picture. This is ensured by the latest OLED panel generation in conjunction with the calibration performed individually for each TV set. Manufactured on a high-tech production line at Loewe's headquarters in Kronach, the ultra-high resolution 4K OLED TVs are already calibrated at the factory, so that excellent picture quality is guaranteed from the first time the device is switched on.

Two powerful options to select from
Two chassis variants are available for the Loewe iconic: SL5 and SL7. Both are developed and produced in Germany.
The SL5 version offers the Loewe dr+ features: Thanks to the
1 terabyte integrated dr+ hard drive and dual-channel system and dual tuner, two TV shows can be recorded simultaneously, or one program can be watched and another recorded. Programs can also be interrupted and continued later with a time delay. The SL5 chassis also offers a special sound feature: With Mimi Sound Personalization™, the sound can be adjusted to the viewer's individual hearing ability.

The SL7 chassis is ideal for video on demand: The clearly laid out Loewe home screen shows all important content and an almost limitless selection of entertainment options at a glance. Watching TV, watching video-on-demand, listening to music, surfing the Internet, or using online services are just a few of the functions that the Loewe iconic reproduces in first-class picture quality. With the integrated Loewe dr+ hard disk recorder and 1 TB of hard disk space as standard, recording TV shows is easy.

A natural audio experience with impressive, room-filling cinema sound
Perfectly integrated into the design, the soundbar offers a natural audio experience with impressive, room-filling cinema sound and excellent speech intelligibility even in larger rooms. It has three integrated speakers (left, right and center) and two subwoofers. Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Multiroom via Play-Fi, WDAL, AVR adapters are supported. In addition, two front and two rear speakers as well as a subwoofer (e.g., Loewe klang mr1/3/5, Loewe klang sub1) can be paired wirelessly without latency.

With the portable DAB+ radio Loewe radio.frequency we are celebrating our 100th anniversary with another special product as a tribute to the founding of the company in 1923 in Berlin under the name "Radio Frequenz GmbH". The Loewe radio.frequency offers mobile battery operation, stereo sound, DAB+, DAB as well as FM reception and plays audio signals via Bluetooth.

Two full-range speakers and a passive bass radiator provide 28 watts of total music power. The clear display is dimmable in brightness and shows the selected operating mode, the time, the program source information, and the charging level of the integrated Li-Ion battery. A programmable alarm with snooze function, a headphone output, and an antenna input round up the features.

The Loewe radio.frequency is covered in a special acoustic fabric developed by Loewe made of two-colored yarn in basalt gray. The top side with the controls and the volume knob, as well as the bottom side, are adorned with an inlay of fine, unsealed solid wood made of natural Canadian oak, which gives the radio a unique patina over time. The built-in Li-Ion battery allows up to 14 hours of operation without a power connection. It can be recharged via the included power adapter and the USB-C port. The radio can be secured against theft with a Kensington lock integrated on the back.

As with all bild i models, Loewe uses the latest display technology and first-class hardware. The smart TV's sophisticated technology leaves nothing to be desired, and users can quickly navigate to the requested functions in the intuitively designed menu. With the Loewe dr+ hard disk recorder with 1 TB of capacity integrated as standard, spontaneous or programmed recording of TV shows or pausing with time shift becomes effortless.

The Red Dot Award: Product Design has existed in its origins since 1955 and is today one of the largest and most important design competitions worldwide – every year, numerous companies, and design studios from all over the world face the professional judgment of the international Red Dot jury. The best product designs of the year are honored in 51 categories, making the award a globally recognized and prestigious seal of quality for good design. It can be modularly expanded into a 5.1-channel home theater via the lossless and latency-free second-generation Loewe Wireless Digital Audiolink technology or the integrated AV receiver with preamplifier output and cinch sockets.

Loewe is expanding its audio portfolio with the compact Loewe klang bar3 mr soundbar, a 3.1-chanel sound system that offers an excellent home cinema experience and multi-room audio with its seven speakers and two subwoofers. It can be expanded modularly into a 5.1-channel home cinema via the loss- and latency-free Loewe Wireless Digital Audiolink (WDAL 2.0) technology or the integrated AV receiver with preamplifier output and cinch sockets.

The compact Loewe klang bar3 mr soundbar fits seamlessly into Loewe's audio portfolio. As a symmetrically designed 3.1 system, it has one tweeter and one full-range speaker on the left and right respectively, as well as two full-range speakers and a tweeter as a center. In addition, two subwoofers are integrated on the top. The total power output of a powerful 360 watts reproduces the sound of the TV content impressively. Designed and engineered in Germany, the soundbar provides first-class cinema sound or a thrilling music experience.

As a special highlight, the Loewe klang bar3 mr can be expanded on a modular basis. In addition to compatibility with Loewe audio products, this is also possible with products from other manufacturers (including older models). A total of two front speakers, two rear speakers and a subwoofer can be additionally connected. For example, a discrete 5.1 system can be created wirelessly with speakers from the Loewe klang mr series. Expanding the system becomes as easy as it gets, as additional klang mr speakers can be added to the existing setup within seconds effortlessly using Loewe's own Wireless Digital Audio Link (WDAL 2.0) technology. The special feature here is that as soon as speakers other than front speakers are added, the integrated front speakers of the soundbar automatically act as center speakers – a function that is unique on the market.

Also unique is the compatibility with wired speakers. Here the connection is simply made via the integrated 5.1 AV receiver with classic cinch sockets at the preamplifier output. As this also ensures compatibility with speakers from other manufacturers, the Loewe klang bar3 mr realizes an immersive home cinema sound experience with almost any existing speaker, without the need for an additional home cinema receiver.

The Loewe klang bar3 mr supports the Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Multiroom via DTS Play-Fi and Loewe Wireless Digital Audiolink standards. Wired speakers connected via the AV receiver are automatically activated via the soundbar. Thanks to the loss- and latency-free functionality with Loewe Wireless Digital Audiolink (WDAL 2.0), there is no delay in sound transmission for the impressive Dolby Atmos 3D listening experience.

In 2023, Loewe celebrates a very special anniversary: On January 22, the brand will be 100 years old. In addition to receiving the iF Design Award 2023 twice, Loewe also received an iF Gold Award 2023, which honors particularly outstanding design achievements with its own award. This year, the Gold Award was presented only 75 times and the design TV Loewe iconic is one of the award winners. The jury's statement on the award states: “The iconic OLED TV is the latest in a century-long line of design classics from Loewe. Sculptural design, recycled materials matched with the latest display technology, intuitive usability, and outstanding sound: a masterful blend of advanced engineering and design.”

The iF Gold Award for the Loewe iconic was presented at a ceremony on May 15 as part of the iF Award Night at Berlin's Friedrichstadt-Palast. Marco A. Müller (Director Design & Design Management), Georg Tischer (Head of UI/IX Design), Thomas Putz (CTO) and Madeleine Mahr (Director Marketing) accepted the award on behalf of Loewe.

Anniversary exhibition Design and Innovation – Made by Loewe
On March 2, 2023, the anniversary exhibition "Design and Innovation – Made by Loe-we" was opened in a festive setting and in the presence of numerous representatives from politics and the industry as well as many special guests in the “Franconian Gal-lery” at the Festung Rosenberg in Kronach, Loewe's headquarters. It will be open for the public until October 29, 2023.

The exhibition presents a variety of milestones in Loewe's design history which have shaped their respective eras - both nationally and internationally. Three early exam-ples include the OE 333 local receiver (1926), the EB 100 radio receiver with integrated loudspeaker (1930) and the Opta 537 radio (1936), which is often referred to as the "ice skate" because of the distinctive design of its metal trim. Also on display is The first European stereo television, the Loewe MCS 11 from 1981, is also on display and with the design TV Loewe Art 1 from 1985, another absolute success product is pre-sented.

An associated volume has been published to accompany the anniversary exhibition, which takes a closer look at the company's design history. The book was authored by design historian Kilian Steiner. On 200 pages with around 100 illustrations, the unique combination of German engineering, excellence, exclusive design and quality is shown, which has shaped the brand culture right up to the present day.

In the iF ranking, Loewe is among the top 10 German companies honored for extraordinary design achievements. Reason enough to take a closer look at the company's design history in a book to commemorate its 100th anniversary in 2023. For this purpose, design historian Kilian Steiner has authored a volume to accompany the Loewe Design exhibition at the Festung Rosenberg in Kronach (open March 2 to October 29, 2023).

Kilian Steiner divides the publication "Loewe. 100 Jahre Designgeschichte – 100 Years Design History" into three historical stages: The first period (1923 to 1945) marks the establishment and destruction of the Loewe brand. The second period (1945 to 1985) focuses on the reconstruction of Loewe and the overcoming of numerous upheavals. The third period (1985 to 2023) finally sees Loewe's rise to become an internationally renowned design brand. This is the first time that the creative minds from product and communication design who contributed to building the Loewe brand are named and previously unknown details of Loewe's company history are elaborated.

The publication clearly shows that Loewe paid particular attention to the design of its products from the end of the 1920s at the latest. Accordingly, Loewe set remarkable accents with the EB 100 radio receiver, the television prototypes designed in the Art Deco style, and then especially with the Opta 537 and Opta 838 radio receivers. Starting in 1936, Loewe marketing also became more professional, and under the motto "It's the sound that counts!" Loewe implemented its first cross-media campaign with the help of international advertising filmmakers and graphic designers such as Alexandre Alexeïeff (1901-1982) and Friedrich Kral (1905-1990).

During the reconstruction years in the period from the new beginning in 1945 to the management buyout in 1985, Loewe initially mastered the steps of reinventing design competence on the fly until about 1955. However, design and communication were not intertwined. Only in the face of the economic crisis in 1966/67, Loewe took the first steps towards design as a strategy, initiating and successfully implementing the design-oriented "line 2001" by in-house designer Heinz Jünger. In addition, starting in 1972, the company relied only on the word mark Loewe. All in all, however, this was only a brief flare-up until 1977 – not until under the management of Dieter Motte and (from 1981) Helmut Ricke, design and brand were given a new status and were continuously sharpened.

However, it was not until 1985 that design was firmly established as a strategy at Loewe. As a company and design consultant, Motte now brought some illustrious names from the design scene to Kronach in Upper Franconia, such as Hubertus Carl Frey (1929-2003), known as "HC", or the Phoenix Design agency. In addition, the Swiss designer and brand strategist Jörg Zintzmeyer (1947-2009) had a decisive influence on Loewe's company and design history. Subsequently, brand and design paired with innovative technology proved to be guarantors of survival for the company.

From its founding in 1923 to the invention of electronic television in 1931, Loewe has developed into a globally active design brand. The unique combination of German engineering, excellence, exclusive design and quality continue to shape the brand culture to the present day.

The stereo soundbar of the Loewe bild v models, which hugs the screen in a v-shape, offers a natural audio experience with impressive, room-filling cinema sound and excellent speech intelligibility even in larger rooms. This is ensured by 80 watts of total music power, the closed bass reflex box and six drivers. With Mimi Sound Personalization™, the sound can be adjusted to the viewer's individual hearing ability. The system makes, among other things, the sound of speakers more understandable without raising the volume. This guarantees perfect auditory enjoyment, which is also optimal for hearing health.

The interplay of excellent screen technology, natural audio experience and numerous individual set-up solutions makes the Loewe bild v an elegant design classic for the highest demands that enhances every living room. The TVs are standard-equipped with the solid and rotatable Loewe table stand v. The floor-standing Loewe floor2ceiling stand, floor stand flex and floor stand universal are available as accessories. In addition, the compact bild v.48 can also be combined with the elegant chrome-plated Loewe floor stand c. The wall-mounting solutions Loewe wall mount slim 432 and wall mount universal complete the range.

Loewe iconic is more than just a high-quality TV with sound system, Loewe iconic is a sculptural, all-encompassing design icon – available in two exclusive color variants, Graphite Grey and Clay White. Loewe iconic is also Made in Germany.

For nearly a century, the Loewe brand has stood for inventiveness and luxury consumer electronics products. Loewe iconic is not a standard TV, it refines the interior with its sculptural form into an artful and gallery-like living space. Thus, the home becomes more than just a room to live in – it becomes a place to indulge in art, craft and culture – with Loewe iconic as a lovingly designed, central element. The basis is the unique, high-quality installation solution made of Syno-Stone material. Syno-Stone is a solid surface material that is durable and also extremely hygienic thanks to its non-porous surface. With Graphite Grey and Clay White, there are two exclusive color variants to choose from.
The sweeping and elegant design language with the 360-degree design that is characteristic of Loewe fits ideally into artful and artistically influenced interiors and is thus perfect for all those who want to experience a design classic of the future. This powerful set-up solution was created by Loewe's German design forge at its headquarters in Kronach.

Loewe** iconic** combines unique design with state-of-the-art TV and audio technology. There are two variants and state-of-the-art OLED displays in screen sizes of 55 and 65 inches to choose from. In addition, a sound bar is elegantly integrated behind the fabric panel. This allows picture and sound to be enjoyed perfectly: With artfully designed, calibrated colors and tones, music and voices that sound so real it is an art in itself.

State-of-the-art TV technology – individually calibrated
In both stylistically exceptional TV models Loewe iconic.65 and Loewe iconic.55, the latest OLED panel generation in conjunction with the calibration performed individually for each set ensure a perfect TV picture. Manufactured on a high-tech production line at Loewe's headquarters in Kronach, the ultra-high-resolution 4K OLED TVs are already calibrated at the factory, so that excellent picture quality is guaranteed from the first time the device is switched on. Based on decades of optimized algorithms, the Loewe iconic models achieve a natural, harmonious picture and delight with enjoyable home cinema at the highest level. Thanks to HLG, HDR10 and Dolby Vision™, high-contrast images and an impressive color spectrum whisk viewers away to infinite expanses.

Two powerful options to select from
Two chassis variants are available for the Loewe iconic: SL5 and SL7. Both are developed and produced in Germany. They are characterized by durability and repairability and thus stand for high sustainability.
The SL5 version offers the Loewe dr+ features: favorite shows can be recorded easily without an external USB hard drive. The Loewe iconic with SL5 chassis has a
1 terabyte integrated dr+ hard drive. This provides almost unlimited recording time of TV shows. Thanks to the integrated dual-channel system and dual tuner for all modes of reception, two TV shows can be recorded simultaneously, or one program can be watched and another recorded. Programs can also be interrupted and continued later with a time delay. In the recording archive, the recordings are displayed in a clear preview image with the program title and date. An Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max is included in the scope of delivery. The SL5 chassis also offers a special sound feature: With Mimi Sound Personalization™, the sound can be adjusted to the viewer's individual hearing ability.
With its sophisticated technology, the SL7 chassis is ideal for video on demand: VoD users can quickly navigate to the desired functions in the menu thanks to the modern handling. With the integrated Loewe dr+ hard disk recorder and 1 TB of hard disk space as standard, recording TV shows is easy. The clearly laid out Loewe home screen shows all important content and an almost limitless selection of entertainment options at a glance. Watching TV, watching video-on-demand, listening to music, surfing the Internet or using online services are just a few of the functions that the Loewe iconic easily combines in this variant and reproduces in first-class picture quality.

A natural audio experience with impressive, room-filling cinema sound
Perfectly integrated into the design, the soundbar offers a natural audio experience with impressive, room-filling cinema sound and excellent speech intelligibility even in larger rooms. This is ensured by 360 watts of total music power. The soundbar is a 3.1 sound system that can easily be expanded to a 5.1 constellation. It has three integrated speakers (left, right and center) and two subwoofers. Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Multiroom via Play-Fi, WDAL, AVR adapters are supported. In addition, two front and two rear speakers as well as a subwoofer (e.g. Loewe klang mr1/3/5, Loewe klang sub1) can be paired wirelessly without latency. When front speakers are paired, the soundbar's left and right drivers automatically convert into center speakers. Pairing older active speakers or active amplifiers is also possible via AVR adapters without an additional adapter solution.
